Our wellbeing is influenced by our surroundings and our environment- if we truly wish to achieve true wellness, we would have to care for our environment as well too!
For just one day this week, go without the use of disposables.
This is as simple as:
- Bringing your own container to tabao food
- Using a reusable bag to contain your groceries
- Dine-in instead of take-out
- Avoid plastic stirrers/ straws for your beverages
