Dk what else can help

I have meds, have counselling. I am well psychoeducated. I don’t know what else can help except for letting it go by time. Typing it here won’t help.

Dear @user6756

Hi @user6756 I think it’s great that you’re doing all of that it and it really sounds like going in the right direction. The fact that you typed it here to seek some suggestions shows strength and how you are determined to heal. But do remember that it’s important to give yourself time too! After all, good things take time and the time will definitely be worth it  don’t forget to look back on your own progress from time to time and celebrate all your mini wins, no matter how small, because even the small ones matter too  feel free to share more and happy new year

Hey @user6756, give yourself a pat on the back, it’s amazing that you have sought out the help you need! I hear that despite having these resources, things are still hard, and that’s completely normal. Progress is not always linear, however, I can reassure you that with time and the use of appropriate skills, you can learn to better cope with these adversities. Instead of focusing on your shortcomings, compare your present with your past self - be proud of yourself for all that you have accomplished. Take things step by step and continue on this journey to bettering your mental health!

thank you for being honest with your feelings! sometimes we just have to sit through things and be present with them, not because we don’t have other options, but because it is also the thing that makes us fully alive. breathe and take heart, and my hope is that one day you’ll be able to look back and remember how able and strong you are for pulling through this eventually.
