Hi guys I haven’t been here in so long but today I just feel so inadequate. So I’m in a new school and graduated secondary school last year . It was going so well the first 2 weeks until I managed to secure a spot in a leadership position in a well known cca. So this cca is related to my course and it is so in depth about matters im not sure about. In my class only 3 ppl made it into the leadership and the other 2 ppl are so much smarter than me . There is this guy who is super competitive and smart and a girl who is so knowledgeable having been to ite bfr. Compared to them , I’m nothing! Honestly I’m scared that they think I’m dumb . I’ve done leadership before and I’ve always been confident and like leadershipy but m doubting my abilities rn. Any ideas on what I can do because I’m just tired of feeling useless
hello, I understand that new environments can be quite overwhelming. I believe that you have your own unique set of skills and perspectives that can contribute to the cca, such as in your previous leadership roles. perhaps when there are future discussions, you can chip in as what you would have done
