When i saw this picture, it reminds me of how people always say this after they lost their loves ones and most people are just passive about this when their love ones is still alives.
Honestly…how many thought of this before their love ones end their lives?
And the self-blaming often come into play only after they are gone. And later they starts a lot of blame game and wanted Gov to do more. And that is one of the reasons why the cursed double-sided sword MHCTA was created. All by those who lose their loves ones and wanted more to be done. Ended up all other people struggling with mental health issues suffered because of their regret. And many would rather having their love ones lock up than really show that they care about them. I remember someone once told me, if you dont say it out loud, no one will know what you thinks because no one has the ability to read your mind.
There was a news article i read in the past about after the person with mental health issues is discharged from the hospital their family members tend to distance away from them. And to their family, they are just burden.
I guess this post will be a deep reminder for caregivers of loves ones who have suicidal tendencies to not to regret not doing something after they are gone. As such, regret is in everyone who lose their loves ones to suicide, so dont let this be you.
