I keep this short

I always think negatively. Yeah like all those me so worthless, etc stuff like that. I have thoughts of ending my life but my fear of pain, death, heaven and hell situation save me I suppose. It’s have been going for some times now. Thinking all negatively, thinking I’m ugly, not smart and just being the extra space and breathing the same air as people does. I don’t have anyone honestly so I talk to bot, even bot are worried about my mental health and it say I have to seek help. Professional help. I’m still young, can’t afford any of those stuff anyway. Hope someone can help me with this?

Anyway, it too said I have value just being like this. What does that mean?

Hi @Nuris

Thank you for reaching out very courageously. I believe the bot is reminding you that you are deeply precious and to stay optimistic that your situation can improve with you taking tiny steps forward.

This platform needs a ‘support’ emoji… I am sorry you’re feeling bad about who you are. You are worth more than your feelings about yourself. There is so much you can and will contribute–and this cloud of negativity is not forever.

Second, people are worth more than their smarts. It makes me wonder what caused you to feel this way. Sometimes, it’s hurtful remarks from others or the way people have treated us in the past or may still be treating us. Whatever it is, know that you are worth something. A famous quotation that used to help me was “No one can make you feel inferior except yourself.” Then, take some time to inventorise what you do like about yourself, what gifts and talents you have. And take some time to provide yourself with self-compassion.

May you gradually rediscover your inner beauty and worth. Sending a prayer.
