I frequently self sabotage., silence my emotions and make myself feel more and more sad because I don’t wanna feel better. Because I want to justify being sad. Without sadness no one will bother about me. Right. Djsjjnzjshshshs can I disappear

Every emotion serve different functions. It is helpful to find out what sadness brings for you in order to identify the primary need to meet. If you are seeking connection, there are different ways to do so. It can be through expressing your feelings, finding shared interests with people or just having common topics to talk about.

It might not be helpful to keep dwelling on sadness to keep people in your life. It could also stop you from moving forward and get yourself trapped in the cycle of negativity. This would prevent you from really understand yourself and what you need.

If possible, you may consider changing your perspective. You can try to empower yourself by focusing on your strengths, this would be reasons why people connect with you in the first place. I am sure there are people who like being with you for who you really are.
