January Weekly Challenge #2: Setting and prioritising goals!

In the spirit of :sparkles: new year, new me! :sparkles:, some of us have probably laid out our resolutions for the New Year. Indeed, we all know how important goal-setting can be - it keeps us on-track and motivated. However, why do we sometimes struggle with achieving some of the goals we set for ourselves?

It’s easier to succeed when we have clearly defined objectives that are based in reality. To do this, we can set SMART goals  for setting an action plan and staying on course.

Here’s a step-by-step guide, with examples on how to set SMART goals!

Then, set three priorities, or what you want to focus on, for the current/ upcoming term, according to what you want to achieve. :dart:

If you’re having trouble setting priorities, check out this resource on how to effectively prioritise and get stuff done!

We would love to hear what you’ve laid out for yourselves - share your SMART goals in the thread below! :hugs:
