I have alr dealt with my mom for such her ■■■■■■ attitude towards me, she doesn’t let me try applying For E2C job at enabling village and also she keeps on demanding me to find new job outside when it’s alr so hard to find one

I am glad you wrote in to share your current challenges faced with your mother. Understandably you are feeling discouraged.
When you are both calm, do gently check in with her to better understand the reasons she prefers you do not apply jobs at the enabling village. Allow her the space to air her views and worries.
Next, Share your experiences and the challenges you have been facing finding jobs outside so that she has a more balanced understanding of the realities of the current job market.
I suggest you can also explain to your mother that gaining work experience is important as a stepping stone to build skills and have access to jobs. I believe she will understand better once you communicate gently yet firmly with her that searching for EC2 jobs first can greatly help you in your future job search.

back in 2020 my old man had such reaction too :S I ustand how much it sucks. how old is yr parent? Norm the old too trad thinking, they won’t listen to reason nor really show care. U still have the choices whether u wanto apply to any position or not - They can’t control u.
