I’m very sick, my mom keep asking me to look for a job outside cos she don’t like to see me sleeping late

Thank you for writing in and sharing about what is happening at home with your mother.
I gather your unhappiness with her is because of the manner she has been asking you to search for jobs.
Do set aside time to speak to her when you are both calm. Seek to understand what is on her mind. You can share with her about your efforts you have been already making to find a job and the challenges you are facing in a difficult job market. If possible, speak to another trusted family member and get their support before speaking to your mother so that the family member can advocate for you, too.
Keep going, and continue to take small steady steps towards your job search. Something will come up so stay optimistic. Communicate regularly with your mother and keep her updated so that she is aware of your efforts.
