just putting it out there if you need to take off your minds and just focus on a specific task, it may be worth trying those furniture stickering activities… so good just focusing on getting each sticker stuck at the correct position ugh

I still buy cute stickers and sticker books
Oh recently I’ve been hooked to landscaping stickers, I think it’s a good way for me to decompress and be mindful cause need to figure and follow where to put the stickers
