Man i feel so empty sometimes. I bottle up my feelings until i completely forgot about it, but now i cant vent at alll aaaahhh. What is the point of doing this stuff anyways… i really want to speak up about my problems but ill always know no one really cares and im just oversharing. I really want to let out my feelings here and seek help, but i just cant seem to do so. :confused:

It sounds like you have been keeping things in for quite a while, and now when you try to express it, it does not come out easily. The thought that “no one really cares” seems to come in early and stops you before you even start sharing.

When you try to say something, what happens first? Do the words not come, or do you stop yourself?

When feelings are held in often, the mind can get used to not expressing. Over time, it becomes harder to access or put them into words. So, you can start small, even a few words or short sentences.

If speaking feels difficult, you can try writing it down first. That can help you reconnect with what you are feeling. When you imagine talking to someone vs writing it down, which one makes you pause more or avoid it?
