why guys like to label all skinny slim girls as they have body image disorder?

I used to go gym … feeling happy and excited … but not now anymore…

Hey @user7096,

I sense that you are upset and tired. As if you have been judged for something that once made you happy, like the gym, but now it makes you feel like you’re “sick.”

When people judge your body, especially something you worked hard on, it steals the joy that movement once gave. Labels like that say more about their discomfort than your health.

Having said, just checking, is your weight at a healthy range? It’s clear you don’t have to prove healthy to anyone. And If that joy feels gone for now, that’s okay, rest first; reclaim it later.

A gentle ask, is there a part of you grieving the space the gym used to be… yours, not theirs. If you ever go back, maybe let the goal shift from how it looks to how it feels. You don’t owe anyone proof of balance. Reclaim joy in movement on your own terms.

The issue with people, if too skinny for their preferences they will label them as anorexic, if too fat they will label them as obese.

And they are complaining its hard to find GF nowadays. But how to be their GF if they keep thinking about having supermodel GF.

Still….its all social media influenced, just like when news came out that some create disturbances, they will just say that person is a siao lang just came out of IMH. And some will say the person needed help from IMH

Sad sad to see how narrowminded people in Singapore has become.
